ABSTRACT
The article reports on the high ratings given by the consumers to the performance of the independent financial advisers (IFA) in Great Britain. According to Opinium Research, the consumers gave these advisers with 6.2 average performance rating compared with their own ratings of 5.9. The scheme also reveals the misconceptions of the advisers on the willingness of the consumers to engage again in the stock-market.
