Resolution preparing a new bid for Friends and an offer for Pru

Resolution is planning to offer Prudential the initial proposal rejected by Friends and is revising the bid to fully acquire Friends. The acquisition scheme has driven by the investigation and disciplinary action conducted by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on Resolution.
