ABSTRACT
In this article, the author stresses on the importance of adapting with the changes that take place in one's life. She states that people should learn to accept whatever happens in their life and avoid resisting change. She explains that when one refuses to accept change, he is unable to move with the momentum of life and gets stuck. She suggests that one should start trusting as it helps in using the spiritual resources provided by God.
