The article presents a report concerning the reforms made to the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Disaster Loan Program in the U.S. It cites that SBA has achieved 13 of 26 requirements of the Act, while eight requirements were partially addressed. It also examines SBA's response to major disasters of 2008.
