ABSTRACT
The article reports on automobile racing driver Owen Kelly, who aims at competing in the NASCAR events in the year 2009. It is reported that, Kelly, who will participate in the 2009 UARA-Stars racing championship with JR Motorsports racing team, aims at contesting in two NASCAR Nationwide Series road course races, at Montreal, Quebec and Watkins Glen, New York. Kelly says that he is working on a deal to do the road course races.
