ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the parents as teachers program implemented for educating small kids in the U.S. Information is also given on the "Born to Learn" and "Meld" programs launched by the Parents as Teachers National Center (PAT) in the U.S. It is stated that the primary aim of Born to Learn program was to develop parent educators through tools and training. Also, PAT presented more than 15 different online and in-person professional development trainings, handbooks and guides.
