ABSTRACT
The article reports on the issue about due diligence requirement of distributors in Great Britain. It is said that the policy was implemented after an investigation introduced by the Serious Fraud Office into 103 million pounds of missing assets invested through Keydata Investment Services plans. It is said that the administrator of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP also found out that the 103 million pounds invested had not been paid since October 2008.
