ABSTRACT
The article reports on the initiative of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), an organization comprised of workers in the insurance and financial services industry, to ask for the opinion of members concerning the evolution of continuing professional development in Great Britain. CII aims to encourage members discover the best practices essential in improving the economic and financial status of the industry. Moreover, it also improves reliability of the industry and win back the customer trust.
