ABSTRACT
The article reports on the possible loss of 200,000 jobs as a result of auto-enrolment into pension schemes in Great Britain. Results of a study conducted by the Employment Research Department at the University of Warwick show that auto-enrolment into pension schemes and personal accounts could affect 200,000 workers. Job losses can be attributed to the increase in labor costs that will trigger companies to lay off some of its workers to control expenses for manpower.
