The article reports that Peter Deilmann Cruises went into administration when other operators are reporting strong demand in Great Britain. Managing director Stuart Perl spent the past two years building the brand in Great Britain had secured sales agreements with Thomas Cook and Advantage Travel Centres for 2009, and was on course to end the year 20% up. Many in the industry think that Peter Deilmann relied too heavily on Germany and the move did not succeed due to the recession.
