ABSTRACT
The article discusses how to design dining rooms. David Porter, president of Porter Khouw Consulting, says that the type of event and anticipated ambience should be considered. He suggests space partitioning to create various environments within the dining room. The modernization and renovation of dining rooms of various establishments are also discussed.
