The article reports on a fundraising competition for the benefit of the Eat, Exercise, Excel program of the public school district of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The contestants were judged according to teamwork, professionalism, menu cost and design, safety and sanitation and taste. The goals of the program are physical activity and nutrition education.
