ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Barona Tribal Dictionary Project and the publication of the "Barona Inter-Tribal Dictionary," the English translation to "Iipay Aa-Tiipay Aa Uumall." The dictionary went to press in November 2008. The speech of the Barona tribal members is incorporated in the dictionary. The first dictionary was published after the Barona Tribal Dictionary Project was formed in 1978.
