ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the possible solutions to fix isotope supply chain in such a way that shortages of isotopes will be prevented. According to Jatin Nathwani, Ontario research chairman, emphasizes that government's announcement to stop producing isotopes following the Chalk River reactor's permanent shuts down, will only create more problems for Canada. Accordingly, the country needs diversity of supply and these should be bought from different suppliers at different level.
