The article discusses how two Chinese executives made their way in boosting online video industry in China despite tight regulations on the used of bandwidth. It states that chief executive officers (CEOs)Victor Koo of Youku.com, and Gary Wang of Tudou have been driving customers to professionally produced long-form content on which they can sell advertising. It notes that gross advertising sales of two Chinese firms have been growing.
