This paper shows the different forms of "Government -Industry" collaboration model in order to enhance the growth of education sector in India. The models for primary and higher level of education are designed, to eradicate the grass root problems and provide transparent mechanism and eliminate the sources of red tapism and bureaucracy. Industry and student benefits are taken care so they feel motivated and participate in order to full fill the "Vision 2020" by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
