The article reports that nearly 95% of Marco Polo passengers in April 2009 rated their cruise as excellent or good, with 80% voting in favour of a Great Britain departure as it meant they could avoid the airports. Passengers said the main reasons they booked their cruise were price, value for money and the itinerary. CMS sales manager Michelle Daniels said guest service and entertainment are also receiving top ratings on their questionnaires.
