The article focuses on the need for simplification of the booking process by low-cost airlines. It discusses the extra charges being charged by airlines such as in payments through debit cards. The low-cost airlines are cutting costs and offering the travelers more opportunities but are required to simplify their booking process. These airlines are letting travel professionals add value by helping travellers subtract extra charges.
