ABSTRACT
Describes the d[sub 33] nonlinear coefficient depth profiling in annealed proton exchanged LiNbO[sub 3] waveguides. Retention of d[sub 33] coefficient; Variation of d[sub 33] value with the annealing time; Variation of the guided wave frequency; Determination of the normalized conversion efficiencies.
