ABSTRACT
The article reports on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) with the objective of supporting each other's respective members. Some of the aims of the MoU are, to examine possible future cooperation in the field of chemicals and petrochemicals, and to collaborate on launching a number of initiatives.
