The article reports on the decision of Bauer Media to defer the launching of Ditto.net, its proposed film and music consumer Web site. Bauer has already spent £1 million on the venture's development. Bauer has failed to launch the service in April 2008 because of the shift in the media landscape. A spokesman for Bauer Media claims that Ditto.net had not been shut down completely.
