ABSTRACT
Several charts are presented that show the average annual rate of health-care visits by black or white children aged 0-18 years old with current asthma during the period 2004-2006, the number of reported cases of rare notifiable diseases per state during the period 2004 up to the week ending July 18, 2009, and the number of reported cases of selected notifiable diseases per state during the weeks ending July 18, 2009 and July 12, 2008.
