Presents the case of a Hispanic man with 4A non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, previously treated with chemoradiotherapy and allogeneic bone marrow cell transplantation (BMT). Details on the medical examination of the patient; Possibilities that could account for the initial corneal epithelial defect of the patient; Common ocular findings for patients who have undergone BMT and either chemotherapy or total body irradiation.
