ABSTRACT
Proposes a method for measuring the accurate growth of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSEL). Use of a single reflectivity spectrum in determining VCSEL structure; Compensatory mechanism for imprecisions in growth parameters; Use of Fabry-Perot cavity resonance wavelengths.
