Examines the photovoltaic effect of picosecond response speed in an asymmetrical graded semiconductor superlattice structure. Responsivity of the indium aluminum gallium arsenide superlattice structure to pulse; Occurrence of the steady-state photovoltage signals in the device upon exposure to laser pulses.
