ABSTRACT
The article suggests the need to consider the procedural structure of independent financial advisers (IFAs) in assuring their reliability in providing high quality advice for investors in Great Britain. It is highly recommended that investors should be extra cautious of the operating procedure of IFAs before following their advice on a certain investment. It is a fundamental approach in assuring that investors will never regret every decision they make.
