ABSTRACT
The article forecasts the economic condition of mortgage industry in Great Britain in 2009. Results of a market analysis show that 15 percent of the prime mortgages in the nation are in negative equity which is attributed to the struggling economy. It is highly recommended that those who are uncertain in their capability to pay their mortgage should sell their property earlier, consult a specialist debt, a mortgage advice and control of spending.
