ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's views on the methods applied in order for IFA business enterprise to look attractive to buyers in 2009. He states that there are four methods in valuing an IFA company, assets-under-advice multiples, turnover multiples and discounted cashflow. He cites that in order to attain a balance view on value, he urges that the four approach should be applied.
