ABSTRACT
The article reports on accusation made by Jordan Financial Planning managing director Mike Jordan against Aviva Ltd., wherein Jordan's client was given cash-in value for their property investment with no deferment period in 2009 in Great Britain. According to Jordan, they made a mistake, because they should not provide clients with cash-in value that is not accessible. According to Aviva, the adviser is the one who will provide the information of deferment to their clients.
