The Best, the Worst, and the Juiced: the Need for and Suggestions to Improve the Olympics

The article presents the author's perspectives on how to establish quality management for Olympic Games. He emphasized some techniques which would guide the committee to handle various Olympics events such as skating, rhythmic wrestling, water polo and javelin catching. He further discussed the historical background of the game so that the committee could easily determine what areas they would take for improvement.
