Focuses on a Josephson-Fraunhofer magnetometer based on the shrinking of the Fraunhofer pattern exhibited by grain boundaries Josephson (GBJ) junctions. Use of flux focuser and GBJ function directly patterned on a single chip; Device's operation in a field locked loop as conventional superconducting quantum interference device systems.
