ABSTRACT
The article presents an evaluation of the customer services of several travel agencies located in Carlisle, England, for a visit to a Greek Island and offer tips on holidays on the island. It is stated that while First Choice Inc. was given 60%, Thomas Cook Ltd was awarded 69% for their services. It is reported that the Co-operative Travel agency was the winner in the survey at 80%. It is stated that the beaches in Greek Islands are the best place for holiday.
