ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the 23rd annual U.S. Open Bass Tournament by the Central Florida Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) which was held from April 17-19, 2009 in Tavares, Florida. According to the article, the event was participated by 44 disabled anglers along with their boats. Dean Morris from Tavares, along with his boat captain Danny Reavis of Bastrop, Texas, got the biggest prize in the Open Competition.
