The article offers information on guaranteed techniques of self-changing. According to the author, persons who want to make an essential change in their lives should associate with optimistic people and persons with the same objectives. The author added that looking beyond oneself like reaching out to others, could be an extra motivation. The author also suggested visible reminders of the changes that one wanted to achieve.
