The article reports on the accusation of the Government Accountability Office regarding the Community Services Block Grant program's flaws in financial oversight in the U.S. A study by GAO discovered the program's imperfect financial controls and the possibility for mismanagement in the operation. GAO stated that the program had no effective procedures and policies to help assure that it totally copes with legal requirements for monitoring states standards.
