Hays mulls over Freedom name

The article reports that the travel agency Hays Travel Ltd. is reviewing whether to keep the brand name of the travel company Freedom Direct Holidays. Hays Travel bought the intellectual property rights including customer database, bookings, web addresses and URLs of Freedom Direct Holidays on April 16, 2009. According to John Hays, managing director of Hays Travel, the brand name had been affected by confusion among consumers.
