ABSTRACT
The article reports that a four-month trial of a facility allowing customers to chat to agents online through Thomas Cook Ltd.'s website has been started. Customers who reach certain points in the booking system will be invited to have an MSN Messenger-style chat with an agent for advice. The invitation will be sent at various points in the booking process.
