ABSTRACT
Demonstrates the constructive superposition of field and carrier induced absorption changes in a selectively contacted type-1 hetero n-i-p-i structure. Use of epitaxial shadow mask molecular beam epitaxy; Changes in the absorption coefficient; Agreement of the absorption changes with the superposition of Franz-Keldysh absorption.

Magnetic configurations in heterostructures are often difficult to probe when the magnetic entities are buried inside. In this study we have captured magnetic and magnetoresistance “fingerprints” of Co nanodisks embedded in Co/Cu multilayered nanowires using a first-order reversal...

It has interest in the field of solid-state physics as long as heterostructures are concerned. The determination and discussion of the scattering coefficients for this potential revealed...
