ABSTRACT
Investigates the dephasing process of three and two dimensional magnetoexcitons in In[sub x]Ga[sub 1-x]As at low temperature by femtosecond four wave mixing. Increase of the dephasing time with magnetic field; Role of a strong magnetic confinement in increasing the dephasing time of the magnetoexciton.
