Examines the ferroelectric domain inversion in c-cut KTiOPO[sub 4] by scanning an electron beam on the -c face. Measurement of the domain reversal; Process of measuring the second harmonic conversion efficiency of 7x10[sup -5]; Agreement between the measured phase matching bandwidth and the theoretical value.
