Describes the high-resolution line-Q measurements of the optical feedback from velocity-selective nonlinear Faraday effect. Limitation of the frequency stability by the quality factor of the reference; Reduction of the frequency tuning coefficient under optical feedback; Implications of the locking bandwidth for the optical lock.
