ABSTRACT
Examines the fabrication of a microbridge type of bolometer configuration using zinc doped Y[sub 1]Ba[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7-delta] superconducting thin films. Synthesis of the thin film target pellets; Deposition of thin films on (100) Y-ZrO[sub 2] substrates; Stability of the bolometer in the transition.
