Reports on the internal rotation/vibration bands of ArH[sub 2]O van der Waals complex in a slit supersonic expansion via direct absorption of a tunable diode laser in the v[sub 2] bend region of water. Spectra obtained for the ortho water manifold; Mixing between internal rotor and stretch states.
