ABSTRACT
Presents a technique for the generation of tunable narrow-band submillimeter wave electromagnetic radiation in free space. Mixture of linearly chirped optical pulses on gallium arsenide photoconducting antenna; Division of the chirped pulses by a beam splitter; Estimation of the tunability range of the optical mixer.
