ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the installation procedure of voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. It is stated that self-installation is the most ideal procedure for VoIP to avoid risk and for customer to minimize their cost. It is noted that simple alterations to the installation procedure of VoIP can provide significant returns in the service.
