ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the benefits of chapters offered by the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE). He asserts that by attending the training, seminars and service deployment in an every organization is the key to enhance individual's learning ability. He implies that the information they get from SCTE's chapter provide them to think and decide for the company, and consider the implication for their own benefits.
