Industry Profile
The article presents forecast for the tourism industry in Brazil. It states that Brazil's tourism industry is the largest in Latin America and ranks 13 in the world. The country is famous for its beaches and world heritage sites while poor infrastructure and personal safety appears to affect its growth. Tourism contributes 6.2% in total gross domestic product (GDP) and predicted to increase to 6.6% by 2019. Brazil is also expected to be one of the 10 countries with most jobs in tourism by 2019.
