ABSTRACT
Examines the current flow in YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7]/PrBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7] multilayer structures. Use of low temperature, scanning electron microscope and beam-induced voltage contrast; Limitation of the thermalization effects; Determination of the lowest critical current densities.
