ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on confronting bias during meetings in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry. Maintaining the sense of calm is considered as the key to re-communicating and re-claiming ones idea. Another suggestion is to deal with this idea. The third and last strategy is to reflect how the idea was shared and let it go.
