ABSTRACT
Studies the conditions required for the accurate measurement of the thermal diffusivity of solids at high temperature by the Angstrom method with cylindrical geometry. Effect of the finite size of the sensors; Imperfect thermal conductance between the sensors and the sample; Source of the main error in the measurement.
